Wow. I can almost smell it just from the description. I am off now to the store for the missing ingredients so we can cook it this weekend. I can't wait to try this recipe!

This Rogan Josh was absolutely fabulous. Now I know that I don't have to go to a restaurant to enjoy my most favourite Indian dish!

Me hadde nepespa-rester andre joledag og det var godt det. Akkurat som Adelheid sa. In English: As Adelheid suggested, the nepespa was even more delicious when we had left-overs a on the 26th. Heat it up in a pan and enjoy once more!

I think I am getting a bad rap here - I didn't eat them all myself. But they smelled so good that we had woofed them all down before we thought of getting the camera for a photo!

[And we did burn our mouths 'cos they were still hot.]

I made the custard pretty thick - and kept beating it while it cooled so there was no skin.

And although Hild tells me they freeze well, I can honestly say I have no experience 'cos I have never left any uneaten for longer than 4 hours! Nam-nam indeed.

Classically, you would have something like pineapple rings and a cherry in the pudding basin first (with something like golden syrup on them) so that they come out on top when it it turned out. But you can add whatever you like really.

Custard really is a must though.....

Indeed. Toasting the cold crumpets and eating them with jam worked a treat!! Now I've just got to go and get some more brunost (Norwegian goat's cheese) and test those on freshly baked crumpets. Nam nam.

Hello. I just wanted to point out that I have added some bits of info to the original Crepe recipe. First I added a batter recipe that worked really well (Norwegian Pannekaker). We make up a batch and keep it in a jug in the fridge - ready for those spur-of-the-moment crepe-fests.

Then we have tried two new fillings that were Nam Nam: 1) Italian meatballs w/cheese and Prego sauce. 2) Steamed salmon w/veggies and tzatziki sauce.... ahhhhh.
